POLRTM (pronounced "polar") started as a working theory 15-years ago based out of a need to create better comfort within a retail based architecture. Over the years this model has been adapted and can be applied to almost any business and product development plan, including but not limited to product design, corporate structure and overall marketing. The philosophy of the model is to create a Path Of Least Resistance between the product or service and the consumers ability to understand and desire that said service or product.

Filters and The ReadTM
Understanding how we all use filters in our day-to-day life is a key component of POLRTM. At the core of any project involving Mouse Consulting Rob will help all individuals understand what filters are and how perception is involved in creating reality. Using filters to the advantage of a program always helps to give projects momentum and the understanding of perceptions is key to an overall successful goal.

Additionally, at a personal mentoring level Rob can help individuals understand their own filters and others as well. From that understanding Rob can help develop and nurture the ability to use The ReadTM in a manner to help the salesperson get to the real needs of their clients and maximize the client/provider relationship.
